Orthodontic Treatment Options

If you are tired of living with a crooked smile, visit our Long Beach office to discuss your orthodontic treatment options. When you visit Arc Advanced Dentistry & Cosmetics we will examine you, take x-rays and discuss what you would like to accomplish with your orthodontics treatment.  We can do things like close gaps in between your teeth, make room for all of your teeth, align your bite, and straighten your teeth. This makes it possible for us to transform your smile into something truly beautiful. To schedule an appointment call (516) 301-9038 and schedule an appointment with our 11561 orthodontics office.

Some of the solutions we use to straighten teeth are –

  • Traditional orthodontics. Metal braces have been used for decades to straighten teeth with great success. This is still our most recommended solution for children in the 11561 area and with fun colored rubber bands, a lot of kids are enjoying wearing braces.
  • Ceramic braces. If you are looking for a discreet way to straighten teeth, ceramic braces provide an excellent solution.  Ceramic braces are bonded to the surface of the teeth with wires threaded between them just like traditional braces are.  The big difference is what they look like.  The ceramic brackets blend in so that when you smile, they do not stand out.  The only thing you have to be careful with is staining.  Brushing them regularly is necessary for keeping them clear.
  • Invisalign®. For an orthodontics solution that puts you in the drivers’ seat, try Invisalign®.  As a Long Beach cosmetic dentist, we have found that our patients love this solution because the clear aligners are fully removable.  You can take these clear braces out when you eat, brush your teeth, make a major presentation at work or get married.  Regardless of what life events come your way you can remove your aligners as necessary in order to live life your way.  Another reason that Invisalign® is so popular is that you can see the improvements to your smile as they happen.  Your teeth shine through, instead of your orthodontics.

Benefits of Clear Braces

Whether you decide to straighten your teeth with ceramic braces or Invisalign®, clear braces provide you with a way to close gaps in between your teeth, straighten them and align your bite without it being obvious that you are undergoing an orthodontics treatment.  As a professional or adult concerned about your appearance, these solutions are certainly the best way to give you the smile that you have always wanted.

Arc Advanced Dentistry & Cosmetics Can Take Care of Your Teeth During and After Your Orthodontics Treatment
